Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the GlobemX mobile application (the “App”) and the buyer services we provide through it. The App is a wholesale marketplace for businesses. By creating an account, browsing the catalog, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

GlobemX (“we”, “us”) operates the App and the website at https://globemx.com. The App helps retailers and distributors review wholesale products, request quotes, and submit order requests for their local market. It is not a consumer retail store and it does not take card payments inside the App.

2. Who may use the App

The App is for business buyers. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract for your business. You are responsible for making sure that the person using the account is authorized to inquire and order on behalf of that business.

3. Accounts

You sign in with your email and a one-time verification code. You may also set a password in your profile. You agree to:

• provide a real name and a working email address;
• keep the verification code, password, and device access under your control;
• tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe the account is being used without permission.

We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that is inactive, inaccurate, or used in a way that breaks these Terms.

4. Catalog, prices, and MOQ

Product names, images, specifications, minimum order quantities, currencies, and prices shown in the App are invitations to inquire. They can change with stock, freight, exchange rates, and the market you selected. A price or freight figure on screen is not a final invoice until we confirm the order with you, usually by email or WhatsApp.

We may correct obvious errors, withdraw a listing, or limit quantities. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmation.

5. Orders and payment

Submitting an order in the App sends us your contact details, shipping information, and the items and quantities you selected. That submission is a request for us to review and confirm. A contract for the goods is formed only when we accept the order in writing (including WhatsApp or email).

Payment is arranged outside the App. Typical methods are bank transfer, a deposit followed by the balance, or another method we confirm with you. We do not ask you to enter a bank card number in the App. You are responsible for paying the confirmed amount, and for any bank charges on your side, by the time we agree.

6. Delivery

Shipping times and freight estimates are planning figures. Actual timing depends on production, consolidation, customs, and the carrier. Risk and title pass as stated in the order confirmation. Please check goods on arrival and tell us promptly about visible damage or a short shipment.

7. Acceptable use

You will not:

• use the App for any unlawful purpose, or to place orders you do not intend to complete;
• scrape, copy, or resell the catalog data, images, or pricing in bulk;
• interfere with the App, our servers, or other users’ accounts;
• upload an avatar or note that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes someone else’s rights.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of the information and photos you submit (such as a profile photo, company name, and order notes). You give us permission to store and use that material only to run your account, fulfill orders, and provide support.

9. Our content

The App, the GlobemX name and logo, product copy, and catalog images are owned by us or by our suppliers. You may use them only to evaluate and order products for your own business. You may not copy them for another marketplace or remove our branding.

10. WhatsApp and other services

Buttons that open WhatsApp, email, or a phone dialer leave the App and use that provider’s own service. Their terms and privacy rules apply to what you send there. We are not responsible for WhatsApp or for your carrier.

11. Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep catalog information useful, but we do not warrant that every listing, price, or freight estimate is error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss of business arising from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Suspension

We may suspend access if we reasonably believe an account is compromised, an order cannot be fulfilled, or these Terms are being broken. You may stop using the App at any time and ask us to close your account.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms when the App or the way we trade changes. The new date will appear at the top of this page. If you keep using the App after the update, the new Terms apply. If you do not agree, stop using the App and contact us to close the account.
